We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be partnering up with Fairygodboss, an online community for free, anonymous workplace reviews for women by women. They believe (and we agree!) that the more you know when job hunting, the more likely you are to end up at the right company. Fairygodboss help share real women’s workplace experiences, as well as the inside scoop on culture, policies, and benefits at their companies.
Job hunting for women can be particularly difficult. By crowdsourcing, Fairygodboss provides information on salaries, benefits, and a unique perspective into what it’s actually like to work at tens of thousands of different companies in a variety of industries.
