This September in The Bullish Society, we are welcoming small business lawyer Caroline J. Fox. She’ll be helping to answer your legal questions about small businesses, side hustles, start ups and more.
Fox writes:
I’m an attorney, boss lady, and small business cheerleader. I work with startups and companies with heavy intellectual property needs to ensure their companies are compliant, protected, and legally operating. My practice areas include IP law, (trademarks and copyrights) contracts, and corporate/ LLC formation. I also help companies navigate commercial leases, non-competes, independent contractors, and other small business needs.
While most members of the Bullish Society are employees, not entrepreneurs, we’ve still had so many questions from bullicorns who are ambitious in building their small businesses, start ups and side hustles, but don’t have the legal experience to ensure that they’re taking all the correct steps in trademarking, contracts, and setting up LLCs. Caroline will be helping Bullish Society members take small steps toward ensuring their businesses and projects are set up for success. Our position at Bullish has always been that everyone should have entrepreneurial ideas and know-how in their back pocket, whether you use those tools now or whether they’re resources you build up for your future self.
We’re thrilled to welcome Caroline to the Bullish fold and can’t wait to learn from her expertise!
Join us this September for a month of Small Biz and Side Project Law.
Plus we have a 14 day free trial happening right now! Join The Bullish Society to take advantage of our online events, Experts-in-Residence, crowdsourcing and community support.
